Refund policy
At ZIAB, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. If you face any issue with your order, you may request a return or refund according to the policy below.
Return Eligibility
• Products can be returned within 3 days of delivery.
• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
• Returns are accepted only if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Exchange Policy
• We offer exchange in case of size issues or damaged products.
• Exchange requests must be made within 3 days after receiving the order.
Refund Method
If your return request is approved, the refund will be issued through one of the following methods:
• Bank Transfer to your provided bank account
• Store Credit for future purchases
• EasyPaisa / JazzCash transfer
Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Non-Refundable Items
• Products purchased on special discounts or sale may not be eligible for refund.
• Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer cannot be refunded.
